Weekly Tution
Tuition is due on Monday of each week and past due on Wednesday after 10am. A late fee of $20 is applied to any account exceeding a $100 balance (each week) once the account has become past due. ** NOTE: Tuition is based on the age of the classroom assigned not the age of the student in the event there is a delay in moving up.

Annual Re-Enrollment Fee is due January 20th of each year for craft and class supply materials. This fee does not apply to students enrolled between 8/1-12/31 of the prior calendar year.
Annual Book/ Material Fees (non-refundable - no exceptions unless withdrawal notice is provided prior to July 15th in writing) - Due July 15th

Discounts and Vaction Week
Multi-Child Discount: $10 off each additional child in the same household - Not combined with any other discount.
Hero's Discount for parents who are ACTIVE military, police officers or fire department: (Must provide a copy of valid badge or employment ID to receive discount) Discounts are not retroactive - they will begin at the time identification is presented. -Only one discount can be applied either multi-child or Heros.
Vacation: Each child is allowed one “free week” as vacation or absentee credit (if not attending) after one full year of continued enrollment. The billing account must be current and the 5 days must be taken a full week at a time and on consecutive days.
Absences/Closings: Tuition discounts are not given for closings due to inclement weather or any "Act of God" or circumstances that are out of our control such as but not limited to water main breaks, power outages etc. Tuition discounts are not given for absences due to student illness. We will always work diligently to resolve any issues to our best ability in a timely manner.
Summer Activity Fees $140 due May 1: non-prorated and non-refundable. This fee is used to offset additional crafts and materials for summer fun including some occasional vendors who will bring onsite field trip fun and activities to our students.
